The Millbrook Educational Foundation's 7th annual Taste of Millbrook will be held on June 11, 2011 from 6-9 pm at Millbrook Vineyards & Winery. This year we will have a few restaurant showcases under the tent for you to visit. We will have a vast array of passed hors d’oeurves from the areas restaurants, local growers, and food producers, along with wines from the Millbrook Vineyards and Winery.

The evening starts with your drive up the Millbrook Vineyard and Winery driveway, the views are sensational. The big white tent pops into view and you know you are in for a fabulous night. Our evening is started with the lovely sounds of the Millbrook High School Madrigal Singers. Get yourself a glass of wine, peruse the silent auction tables and enjoy the surroundings. Craig Fryer will then conduct the award winning Millbrook High School Jazz Band to complete our entertainment for the evening.

Better check your bids; our silent auction is one of the best around. The bidding is all in good fun while trying to outbid your neighbor or a complete stranger! Items include vacation getaways, artwork, hot air balloon rides over the Hudson Valley, bird watching and fly fishing tours, a spa experience, college planning, and heating oil to name a few. The event will benefit the Millbrook Educational Foundation. This is our biggest most ambitious fundraising event for the year. The money that we raise at this charitable event directly impacts the children of our school district.
